DAAD Network Meeting “Scientific cooperation between Germany and China” at the German Centre Shanghai

The important thing is that the facts are described concretely so that all parties know what they are discussing, negotiating, or deciding on. And then actually speak with each other.

In particular, science communicates based on evidence. The criteria of objectivity, validity, and reliability are the guiding pillars for the clear identification of facts, problems, and approaches to solutions.

Therefore, we were particularly pleased to be able to welcome representatives of Sino-German scientific cooperation in person at the German Centre Shanghai to bring all levels of communication to life.

We, at the German Centre, also see the exchange between various perspectives on the factual level, as well as personal encounters, as prerequisites for knowledge, cooperation, and progress.

It was an exciting and inspiring meeting, both within the formal framework and over a glass of wine afterwards!
