Happy Saint Nicholas Day! 圣尼古拉节快乐！

In Germany St. Nicholas Day is celebrated on the 6th of December. Many children put a boot called Nikolaus-Stiefel (Nikolaus boot) outside the front door on the night of 5 December. St. Nicholas fills the boot with gifts and sweets overnight, and at the same time checks up on the children to see if they were good, polite and helpful the last year. If they were not, they will have a stick (eine Rute) in their boots instead.

在德国，每天的12月6日要庆祝圣尼克劳斯日。 前一天晚上，孩子们会在大门外挂一个尼克劳斯靴子，圣尼克劳斯会在这一晚检查孩子在过去的一年中是否表现很好、很有礼貌，是否乐于助人，如果是的，就把礼物和糖果放进靴子，如果不是，第二天这个孩子就会在靴子里发现一根棍子。

Please go to the reception desk of the German Centre Shanghai (Tower 1, 1 F, No. 109) starting at 10 AM on December 6, and collect your gift with your little raffle ticket. Gifts are limited, first come first served!
