Conference rooms for every need

At the German Centre Shanghai, you can choose from two of our conference rooms, Munich and Berlin, both of which are bright with natural daylight and elaborately designed spaces. Both conference rooms offer 200 square metres each of freely available space and may be reserved individually or together. This is possible owing to a practical feature: By moving the movable wall partitions, both conference rooms plus the corridor can be combined. This combination offers approximately 500 square metres of space for up to 800 people for a stand-up reception. The adjoining foyer may also be integrated. The rental term of our conference rooms is based, whether for a few hours or several days, entirely on your needs.

From a press conference, product launch, or corporate celebration to a gala dinner — the conference rooms of the German Centre Shanghai are as flexible as your wishes. And when you rent the entire large space (including outdoor areas), you can celebrate with up to several thousand people.

Conference room Munich and Berlin

By moving the mobile partitions, both conference rooms Munich and Berlin and the area just outside can be joined together. This combination offers space for up to 800 people for a standing reception or cocktail party on 500 sq m of space. The adjoining lobby area (foyer) can be integrated as well.
